You cannot sign in to Exact Online with embedded credentials. Please create a custom OAuth application to sign in instead. See below.
Prerequisites
Before connecting Exact Online to Connect AI, you must create a custom OAuth application in the Exact Online App Center:1
If you have not already done so, create an Exact Online developer account.

Log in to the App Center.

Navigate to Manage Apps > Add a New Application.

Enter a name for the application.

Set the Redirect URI to https://oauth.cdata.com/oauth/.

Click Edit. The App Center displays your new application’s client ID and client secret. Save this information.
Setup Guide
Follow these steps to connect Exact Online to your Connect AI account:1
Open the Sources page of the Connect AI navigation menu.

Click + Add Connection in the upper-right corner.

Type Exact Online into the search field, then click the data source name.

On the Basic Settings tab of the new connection, enter a connection name or keep the default name.

Select a region in the Region drop-down list that is associated with your Exact Online administration.

On the Advanced Settings tab, enter the OAuthClientId and OAuthClientSecret values from the custom OAuth application you created in the Prerequisites section.

Click Sign in to connect securely through OAuth. This action opens the Exact Online sign-in page in a new tab.

Log in to your Exact Online account and provide the requested permissions (if applicable).

The Division field populates with the divisions associated with your Exact Online administration. Select a division from the drop-down list. The default value is the first division in the list.
